“Tip a Cop” Fundraiser for Mark Kelly
Officers interested in participating should email communitynews@mesampa.com or call 480.225.4809. We have permission to wear our uniforms, however, no POV’s.
Blue Santa will be delivering the funds raised from this event on Dec. 5th, along with gifts for the family from our Blue Santa.

| Hoping to make a Mesa police officer’s Christmas wish come true, the Mesa Police Association has been raising money to buy a new wheelchair-accessible van for Mark Kelly and his growing family. A “Tip a Cop” event was held 5-9 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 1 at Famous Dave’s, 1011 N. Dobson Road. Police officers served dinner to customers with tips, as well as a percentage of the proceeds, going directly to the officer Assistance Fund. |
